We provide you with a shortlist of pre-qualified candidates who align perfectly with your criteria. Each candidate comes with a full resume, an in-depth profile detailing their motivations, salary expectations, and professional aspirations.

Our high CV-to-interview ratio reflects our commitment to quality. You can interview as many candidates as you like, with no cost to your organization until you find the right fit.

This is where our collaborative efforts shine. The offer stage can be delicate, and we ensure complete alignment between you, the candidate, and us to avoid any missteps. We’ll work together to ensure that the offer is clear and compelling, minimizing the risk of any last-minute issues.

Once the contract is signed, we will issue an invoice for our recruitment fee. At this point, we also seek your valuable feedback to continuously improve our process.

After a candidate submits their resignation, their current employer may attempt to retain them with counteroffers, promotions, or emotional appeals. At this critical stage, it’s essential for both Merittas and your team to stay actively involved. By maintaining strong communication and support, we can minimize the risk of a fall-out. Together, we’ll ensure the candidate feels confident in their decision, preventing any last-minute changes and securing the success of the placement.
